If some of you visited the Amazon.com web site to purchase a copy of my book and noticed that neither Amazon nor my publisher offers my book for sale, please do not be concerned about this development. My book is being updated with a few minor editorial changes that does not materially change the book in any way. During this update process, the book is temporarily unavailable from these sources. This step is necessary so that when a customer orders this book, that person gets most recent print available.
